Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution for the EZR application.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define current state baselines, process flows, and information flows through workshops.
• Define detailed business and system requirements, translating them into Epics, Features, and Stories using Jira and Lucid charts.
• Manage project risks and issues associated with business analysis deliverables while balancing competing priorities.
• Provide technical guidance to developers, including conducting code reviews and overseeing quality assurance processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical discussions regarding architecture best practices, component breakdown, and estimations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and requirement tracking.
• Experience working with Cloud technologies.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with process mapping and flow documentation.
• Ability to perform technical feasibility studies and risk assessments.
