You will manage trade entries, profit and loss reporting, and ensure transactions adhere to risk management guidelines in the energy sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review trade entries and profit and loss reports to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate breaches in electricity and market operations and implement follow-up actions.
• Direct team members to meet profit targets and develop individual training plans.
• Coordinate between departments and stakeholders to align portfolio strategies with organizational plans.
• Make rapid decisions based on market movements and trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep knowledge of Commodity Trading and Energy Trading.
• Experience with Compliance and Regulatory requirements within the energy sector.
• Ability to work rotating shifts as required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership experience in directing teams toward financial targets.
• Experience building rapport with key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
