Description

You will drive systems efficiency by analyzing real-time data and identifying process gaps across business units. You own the full lifecycle of requirements, from initial discovery to quality assurance and user acceptance testing. You translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders in sales, finance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze systems requirements, maintaining processes and delivering monthly status reports to stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop analyses and documentation, ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and maximize effectiveness of production systems.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements.
• Develop user requirements to ensure maximum usability and create prototypes that promote productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Experience with Coupa.
• Proven ability to generate process documentation and technical reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to executive and managerial teams.
• Experience in business analysis and knowledge acquisition.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and technical writing.
• Experience managing projects and user testing.
