Description

You will bridge the gap between business users and developers by translating investment data and requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and translate business and data logic into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis via direct database queries to validate requirements and design data transformation logic.
• Create feature files for automated verification and regression testing.
• Execute integration and functional acceptance testing, including support for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document test results, business processes, use cases, BRDs, and FSDs.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in technology business analysis or data analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, specifically including SQL analytic functions.
• Proven experience in data analysis, including investigating data issues and understanding system data representation.
• Experience with regression testing and functional acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with business applications in the investment or banking industries.
• Experience documenting BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and business processes.
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Credit Risk or Market Risk.
