Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or business systems analysis roles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Pro for documentation and asset management.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for task and requirement tracking.
• Expertise in Confluence for technical documentation and collaboration.
• Ability to design and communicate complex data flow diagrams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
