Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to drive data lake and delta lake solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and document existing processes for data engineering migration.
• Design data models to support efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis within the data lake environment.
• Collaborate with data governance teams to implement data quality standards, classification, and lineage.
• Develop and remodel reports and dashboards to optimize performance on delta lake.
• Analyze data lake contents to identify patterns and trends that drive business decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data modeling tools and concepts.
• Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data integration processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data models from ERP systems such as SAP.
• Domain experience in HLS or Life Sciences.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lineage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating from existing warehouse solutions to data lake or delta lake environments.
