Description

You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation for digital marketing and Salesforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Guide projects through the SDLC and manage all project documentation and timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to elicit and document business requirements and project objectives.
• Manage change management for platform enhancements, including creating user guides, training materials, and new processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of email marketing strategies and execution.
• Experience writing detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Ability to design and deliver project progress presentations to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for aligning client needs with development teams.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
