Description

You will manage business process documentation and project methodology for various ERP systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with IT and Business SMEs to review and document key business processes.
• Review existing documentation for completeness and accuracy to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quick tips.
• Partner with Project Managers and IT to develop solutions for dynamic, self-service documentation access.
• Collaborate with PMs to drive documentation, testing, and implementation for key projects.
• Develop and document project methodology, policy, and procedure documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NAV or Odoo.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or Acumatica.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and develop technical documentation.
• Experience documenting project methodologies and procedural policies.
• Bachelor's degree.
