Description

You will drive documentation, testing, and implementation for key projects by bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with IT and Business SMEs to review and document key business processes.
• Review existing documentation for completeness and accuracy to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with Project Managers and IT to build solutions for dynamic documentation access and user self-sufficiency.
• Develop and document project methodology, including policy and procedure documentation.
• Partner with PMs to manage documentation, testing, and implementation phases for core projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically NAV or Odoo.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver technical documentation.
• Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Expertise in documenting project methodologies and policy procedures.
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions with technical and non-technical leads.
• Any Graduate degree.
