Description

You will support the Fenergo KYC tool rollout by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from key stakeholders to produce detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with business needs.
• Drive project progress through organized coordination and stakeholder management.
• Manage requirements and workflows within an Agile scrum environment.

Required Skills

• Direct experience with Fenergo is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working within the KYC space.
• Deep understanding of KYC processes and periodic reviews.
• Proven ability to write and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Proficiency using Jira for project tracking.
• Experience working within Agile scrum methodologies.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to drive projects forward.
