You will design and maintain BI reporting solutions to support financial and operational decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI reporting solutions and visualization dashboards.
• Define and standardize metrics, reports, and dashboards to monitor financial variances.
• Partner with FP&A leadership to prioritize reporting requirements and evaluate new data sources.
• Collaborate with IT to implement data gathering techniques and build relational data models in Power BI.
• Support month-end financial reporting packages and provide insights on strategic initiatives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, or relevant roles.
• Proficiency with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills for query authoring and working with relational databases.
• Experience building and managing relational data models.
• Ability to analyze moderately complex problems and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to communicate findings through data storytelling.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
