Description

You will define requirements and document functions for the HIX system within the US Health Care domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed requirements and functions for HIX system features.
• Prepare documentation including User Stories, FSD, and BRD.
• Facilitate meetings between external clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with UI and UX teams to define wireframes and visuals.
• Ensure system compliance with PPACA and HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on software products.
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement documentation.
• 6+ years of experience in analytical reasoning, communication, and presentation skills.
• 3+ years of US Health Care domain experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with external clients.
• 3+ years of experience working with offshore teams across time zones.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects independently.
• Expertise in HIX, PPACA, and HIPAA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid systems (MAGI or Non-MAGI), HIX, or IES.
• Experience in RFP, Compliance, Competitor, or Market analysis.
