Description

You will support an enterprise Federal Team by providing technical documentation and analysis for strategic data governance roadmaps and operations plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to prepare documentation on user journeys, use cases, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with IT Project Managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to formulate data governance strategies.
• Configure low-code, off-the-shelf solutions for reporting and visualization of project tracking and program metrics.
• Identify system and process gaps to propose solutions for enhancing data governance frameworks and technical prototypes.
• Engage stakeholders across functional areas to gather and validate requirements for CONOPS prototypes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in Human-Centric Design.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Active US Passport with ability to travel internationally for approximately 2 months per year.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and editing technical documentation for official use.
• Ability to work directly with clients while traveling to identify new work opportunities.
• Experience with CONOPS prototype development.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder audiences.
