Description

Drive technical documentation, data governance strategies, and CONOPS prototype development for the Federal Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to document user journeys, use cases, and technical standards for strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with IT Project Managers and client stakeholders to formulate data governance strategies.
• Configure low-code solutions for reporting and visualization of project tracking and program metrics.
• Identify system and process gaps to propose enhancements for data governance frameworks.
• Gather and validate requirements for CONOPS prototypes by engaging stakeholders across functional areas.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Active US Passport with ability to travel internationally for approximately 2 months per year.
• Proven experience in Human-Centric Design.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and editing technical documentation for official use.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Experience with CONOPS prototype development.
• Experience working directly with clients while traveling to identify new work opportunities.
