Description

You will act as a bridge between business groups and technical teams to define and deliver data management requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Capture, document, and validate business requirements to support design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Translate business needs into functional solution designs and collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure delivery.
  • Create and manage functional test plans, test cases, and SIT/UAT testing processes, including defect tracking and resolution.
  • Assess solution risks, prioritize competing business demands, and manage relationships with business partners.
  • Provide go-live support and address user requests or production issues via ServiceNow and Jira.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Deep knowledge of master data management (MDM) concepts.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Match & Merge rules, trust, and validation rules in MDM.
  • Experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, or SAP MDG.
  • Strong understanding of IDQ data quality, data profiling, metadata management, and MDM C360 integration.
  • Working knowledge of leveraging D&B as an external data authority.
  • Understanding of customer, partner, and supplier account hierarchies.
  • Experience working within an Agile software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Informatica EDC and Axon.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
