Description

You will act as a Business Analyst for the Omni Voice Team, focusing on voice and digital channel solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Omni Voice programs covering conversational speech, in-home virtual assistants, voice authentication, and intelligent routing.
  • Act as project manager and business analyst for critical voice application programs.
  • Define strategy, scope, benefits, impacted groups, and timelines for key voice application projects.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and overall delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead the effort to define requirements and designs for key initiatives, and establish baseline metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Direct IVR Experience.
  • Experience delivering large-scale voice application projects.
  • Experience defining requirements and designs for voice applications.
  • Experience delivering projects within an agile environment.
  • Experience acting as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in an agile setting.
  • Advanced time management and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with defining project strategy, costs, and benefits.
