You will act as a Business Analyst for the Omni Voice Team, focusing on voice and digital channel solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Omni Voice programs covering conversational speech, in-home virtual assistants, voice authentication, and intelligent routing.
- Act as project manager and business analyst for critical voice application programs.
- Define strategy, scope, benefits, impacted groups, and timelines for key voice application projects.
- Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and overall delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead the effort to define requirements and designs for key initiatives, and establish baseline metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Direct IVR Experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale voice application projects.
- Experience defining requirements and designs for voice applications.
- Experience delivering projects within an agile environment.
- Experience acting as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in an agile setting.
- Advanced time management and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with defining project strategy, costs, and benefits.
