Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver integrated information solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for internal users and external customers.
• Lead solution development by driving collaboration across multiple disciplines.
• Analyze complex problems and translate functional needs into technical requirements.
• Manage competing priorities and project workflows independently on high-profile assignments.
• Communicate technical requirements and project updates to user groups at all organizational levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• 10+ years of experience in IT or Business Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for requirement documentation.
• Proven ability to work in virtual collaborative environments.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or familiarity within the childcare industry.
