Description

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by managing requirements and process documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess business processes to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Gather and validate requirements while producing technical documentation and quality assurance plans.
• Prioritize initiatives and requirements to align with specific business objectives.
• Support formal technology market scans and vendor RFI or RFP exercises.
• Communicate findings and project status to technical subject matter experts, senior management, and vendors.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience supporting technology initiatives and requirement gathering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with business process engineering tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, InVision, Figma, or Balsamiq.
• Working knowledge of delivery frameworks including PMI, AIPMM, Scrum Alliance, or ICAgile.
• Ability to query data and interpret complex reports.
• Experience working within highly governed testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestRail, or X-Ray.
