Description

You will lead business and systems analysis for web application projects within the .Net ecosystem. You own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Define and document complex user requirements from multiple sources.
• Map and develop business processes for new system implementations.
• Support application development, maintenance, and system design.
• Conduct testing to ensure business needs are met in complex systems.
• Facilitate meetings and document project decisions effectively.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of extensive experience in business and systems analysis.
• Deep knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proven expertise in agile application development.
• Strong ability to prepare complex documentation for requirement relay.
• Experience in business process improvement and mapping.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of familiarity with web application software development projects using .Net.
• 2+ years of experience documenting requirements in Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
