Description

Analyze business processes and document requirements to drive solution implementation, including Power BI dashboard development and stakeholder management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document functional and non-functional requirements and business specifications.
• Assess current business processes to identify gaps and recommend changes.
• Perform data analysis and create Power BI dashboards with row-level security.
• Develop test cases, conduct user acceptance testing, and create change management proposals.
• Manage project phases and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and managing row-level security.
• Ability to use Visio or similar process mapping tools.
• Strong data analysis and technical requirement breakdown skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project phase management and change management proposals.
