Description

You will manage requirements and quality assurance for fraud detection systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with business teams to gather requirements for fraud scenarios.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements documents and secure necessary sign-offs.
• Create QA plans, develop test cases, and manage defect resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with fraud model alert optimization and threshold adjustments.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate potential risks or issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Expertise in Fraud Risk Management.
• Experience managing requirements specifically for fraud detection.
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to develop and review QA test cases.
• Experience with fraud model threshold adjustments and alert optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
