Analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions within a Salesforce CRM environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders for key applications.
• Design and develop solutions with the development team that meet documented business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans in coordination with the testing team, and report defects.
• Analyze current processes to identify and implement areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as GxP, FDA, and GDPR, and implement compliance programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role.
• Proven experience working on Salesforce application projects.
• Proficiency with requirement management tools including Jira, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to document and trace business requirements.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing existing operational processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GxP, FDA, GDPR).
