Description

You will own the full lifecycle of Salesforce solution delivery, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead end-to-end project execution, including requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce developers, ensuring alignment on solution design.
• Analyze data to ensure integrity and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on Salesforce experience in configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Exposure to integration tools including MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
