Description

You will manage the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle and maintain investor data within Salesforce. You own the process from identifying funding needs to closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fundraising process from identifying funding needs to closing deals.
• Create pitch decks and approach potential investors.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and oversee due diligence and paperwork.
• Maintain long-term investor relations.
• Utilize Salesforce as the primary CRM tool to track all fundraising activities.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Direct experience managing the fundraising process.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce as a CRM tool.
• Experience with pitch deck creation and investor outreach.
• Knowledge of negotiation, due diligence, and closing procedures.
• Ability to manage investor relations post-deal.
