Description

You will manage the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle and maintain investor data within Salesforce.

Manage the fundraising process from identifying funding needs to closing deals. Create pitch decks and approach potential investors. Negotiate terms and conditions and oversee due diligence and paperwork. Maintain long-term investor relations. Utilize Salesforce as the primary CRM tool to track all fundraising activities.

• Knowledge of negotiation, due diligence, and closing procedures.
• Ability to manage investor relations post-deal.
