Description

You will serve as a Business Analyst focused on Salesforce implementation and requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Design and develop solutions with the development team to meet stated business needs.
• Execute test plans and report defects in collaboration with the testing team.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for functional improvement.
• Implement process changes in coordination with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience on Salesforce application projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and ALM for tracking and management.
• Experience using SharePoint and Confluence for documentation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for operational tasks.
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, GDPR).
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
