Act as a Business Systems Analyst focused on data-driven projects and system requirements.

Define functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements for systems. Manage the scope of business systems projects throughout their lifecycle. Create data mappings and analyze datasets to identify and resolve issues. Gather, draft, and manage requirements documents and change requests.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or related data projects.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and SAS.

• Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
