You will manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB) responsibilities and data integrity, applying configuration management principles to support business and IT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMDB tasks and ensure data integrity.
• Draft technical assessments and project-related reports.
• Communicate process updates and technical findings to IT and business management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of CMDB and configuration management principles.
• Proven ability to produce written technical assessments and reports.
• Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet short deadlines.
• Strong organizational and process improvement skills.
• Ability to manage complex tasks with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
