You will solve technical supply chain problems through configuration and integration design expertise.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design meetings to document business requirements and technical specifications.
• Manage small to medium projects while supporting multiple simultaneous projects as an analyst.
• Develop project plans, testing schedules, and technical support documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical supply chain issues through design expertise.
• Document operating procedures for affected business areas.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience gathering requirements on supply chain metrics using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Direct experience in Bio-Pharma or Pharma supply chain and supply chain risk.
• Ability to evaluate data sources, tables, and fields to match data to specific metrics.
• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Strong communication and social skills for cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications including APICS, CPIM, PMP, CBAP, CIRM, ITIL, SCM, CSPO, CPM, or CSCP.
