Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating complex needs into actionable requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business requirement documents and convert them into functional requirement specifications.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements using business terminology rather than technical jargon.
• Interact with technical teams to explain requirements for solution architecture and design.
• Test and debug applications from a functional perspective and analyze existing application artifacts.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Proven ability to document functional and business requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore communication workflows.
• Ability to facilitate technical design discussions with engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
