Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver CPQ implementation and testing projects.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements for CPQ processes, functionalities, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure solution quality.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining plans, executing scripts, and supporting business users.
• Identify defects and collaborate with developers to resolve gaps in the CPQ solution.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically working on CPQ projects.
• Strong background in software testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ or Oracle CPQ.
• Proficiency with JIRA and HP ALM.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CRM systems and integrating CPQ with platforms like Salesforce.
• CPQ Specialist or ISTQB certification.
