Description

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver requirement-driven solutions. Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through post-implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and finalize requirements to obtain formal sign-offs from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Facilitate project meetings and drive coordination between onshore and offshore teams.
• Perform data analysis to ensure data quality and verify accurate calculation results.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business user community.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) and match rules.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing requirements through the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to manage documentation including BRDs and FRDs.
