Description

You will bridge business and technology teams to deliver requirement-driven solutions within the Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and finalize requirements for formal sign-off.
• Translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Facilitate project meetings and drive collaboration between onsite and offshore teams from initiation to post-implementation.
• Perform data analysis to ensure quality, accurate calculation results, and support production applications.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business user community.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business and data analysis.
• Direct experience with TLM Transaction Lifecycle Management and match rules.
• Proficiency with TLM tools including 2.7 Recon admin, Design Studio, Recs Premium Smartstudio, TLM View, and TLM Webconnect.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and the Trade Lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Unix.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills.
