You will lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for payments product functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for payments initiatives.
• Oversee project plan development and implementation using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and mitigate execution risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis within financial institutions.
• Deep expertise in instant payments including Zelle, RTPs, and FedNow.
• Hands-on experience with payment formats such as ISO20022, SWIFT, and NACHA.
• Proficiency in ACH formats and settlement processes.
• Experience documenting Restful APIs using Swagger.
• Expertise in data mapping for fraud detection, sanctions, and reporting needs.
• Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
