You will bridge business stakeholders and software developers within the insurance domain, translating needs into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, understand, and document business requirements through meetings and workshops.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and mapping documents for ETL applications.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and data mapping documentation.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and profiling to guide team members on the implementation of new requirements.
• Analyze existing data structures to support policy processing application improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Insurance domain knowledge, specifically with policy processing applications.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and profiling.
• Experience designing documentation for ETL applications.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to write technical documentation including BRDs and FRDs.
• Effective verbal and written communication for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
