Description

You will act as a senior liaison between technical and business stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide projects, process redefinition, and technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process redefinition studies and analyze new technology for enhanced system services.
• Develop, refine, and validate detailed system requirements, design specifications, and use cases.
• Define metrics, create dashboards, and establish standard operating procedures for enterprise projects.
• Direct the creation and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and test plans.
• Consult with business managers to identify process improvements that increase operating efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, design, and change management.
• Expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Access.
• Experience using project management software and MS Visio.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability in documenting and communicating technical and business knowledge to broad audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
