Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Define the product vision, build out the roadmap, and manage a prioritized backlog of user stories and features for logistics and supply chain analytics platforms.
• Requirements & Analysis: Gather complex business requirements from supply chain leaders and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Data & Analytics Leadership: Query large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and build data models or dashboards to uncover supply chain bottlenecks, track freight efficiencies, and improve inventory visibility.
• Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Stand-ups) and work closely with scrum teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Logistics Operations, IT, Data Science, and senior leadership to communicate product health and operational KPIs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years of dedicated experience within Supply Chain, Transportation, Freight, or Logistics operations.
• Agile Expertise: Demonstrated experience acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an Agile/Scrum development environment (Jira/Confluence proficiency required).
• Strong Data Background: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Hands-on experience developing business intelligence dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to manipulate complex data sets to analyze supply chain variables like transit times, route efficiency, and inventory turnover.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
