You provide job support and mentorship for a leading US Airline Enterprise Project, focusing on the IT Loyalty domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support professionals on enterprise delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage requirements through BRD/FRD documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct functional and technical requirement analysis and process mapping.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum execution and SDLC activities.
• Provide mentorship and daily job support during US business hours.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise IT projects.
• Strong expertise in Airline, Aviation, Travel, or Loyalty domains.
• Proficiency in BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Skill in process mapping, workflow analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work flexible US business hours remotely from India.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT Loyalty platforms and Microsoft Visio.
