Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical system specifications within a cloud-based environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements and solutions to technical system specifications for custom development and integration.
• Lead enterprise-level projects independently with minimal management direction.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and consensus building with executive sponsors.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned project work to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate directly with developers and technical and non-technical team members.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in a technical business analyst role.
• Experience with cloud-based software solutions and AWS.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Ability to produce Process Flow Analysis, Product Architecture, and Design Best Practices documentation.
• Experience defining Requirements, Configuration Workbooks, Data Models, and Detailed Functional Designs.
• Basic competence in at least one programming language (JavaScript or C#).
• Experience with Relational Database Services (RDBS).
• Strong ability to write executive summaries and technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Technical background or relevant degree program.
