Description

You will manage the design, maintenance, and standardization of agency forms, applications, and letter templates used for licensing and enforcement functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize change requests for forms, applications, and letters from various boards and divisions.
• Design and create static and dynamic data forms, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, recommend, and approve changes to agency documentation.
• Translate organizational and procedural changes into updated forms and documentation.
• Develop and maintain a central repository for licensing and enforcement templates using Microsoft tools.
• Create technical documentation to support future system configurations, training, and requirements management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Experience Manager, and SharePoint.
• Strong command of business English, including spelling, proofreading, and grammar.
• Understanding of database tables, templates, and merge codes.
• Working knowledge of document formatting and scripting languages such as JavaScript or VBA.
• Experience gathering and verifying procedural information to translate into functional documentation.
• Ability to evaluate online and paper-based application user needs.
