Description

You will own the design, maintenance, and standardization of agency forms, applications, and letter templates for licensing and enforcement functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize change requests for forms, applications, and letters from various boards and divisions.
• Design static and dynamic data forms to meet functional area requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and regulatory stakeholders to approve documentation changes.
• Translate organizational and procedural updates into revised forms and documentation.
• Test merge codes within system templates to ensure proper integration with licensing functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in documentation, analysis, or technical writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint, and/or Box.
• Strong command of business English, including spelling, proofreading, and grammar.
• Understanding of database tables, templates, merge codes, document formatting, and scripting languages.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate complex regulatory needs into clear documentation.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and VBA.
• Bachelor's degree in a writing-intensive or technical field.
