Description

Own the analytics strategy and execution for banking operations, supporting the Chief Operating Officer with spend, utilization, and risk insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document data requirements and perform collection, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis to support decision-making.
• Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks, including data ingestion, reporting centralization, and dashboard consolidation.
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and deploy AI/Gen AI solutions in partnership with Tech and Business teams.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory policies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics and Transformation roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, PySpark, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of the data and analytics ecosystem.
• Experience with process optimization and data visualization techniques.
• Ability to establish scalable analytics frameworks.
• Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking operations, including expense analytics, fraud analytics, and cash flow management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security.
• Financial and business analysis expertise with operation risk analysis capabilities.
