Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of control automation, managing the lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation. Lead a team of Managers, SMEs, designers, developers, testers, solution leads, and production support personnel. Develop and implement data analytics strategies that support business objectives and drive decision-making. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities. Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business planning and resource allocation. Liaise with Business, Risk, Control, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. Review ARCM documents to proactively identify automation opportunities and control gaps. Critically assess new tools for alignment with organizational goals and technical landscape. Champion and execute the controls strategic plan, suggesting thought leadership ideas for target state implementation.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 13+ years of hands-on experience in Design, Development, and Implementation of Risk & Control, Data, IT, or Analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, and Tableau for data analytics and business intelligence.
• Strong background in Risk Management and Project Management.
• Experience with ARCM (Activity Risk Control Monitoring) documents and control automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of banking products including wealth, cards, deposits, loans, and insurance.
• Familiarity with finance regulations and audit processes.
• Experience with workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering (IT/Information Systems), MCA, or MBA from a premier institute.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA.
