You will analyze customer feedback and business data to drive experience improvements and actionable insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and trend feedback from NPS surveys and other customer insights to identify key drivers.
• Monitor metrics, dashboards, and reports to find opportunities for improving customer experience.
• Translate data and customer insights into tangible recommendations for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis and follow up on implementation to measure impact.
• Engage with business partners to ensure the voice of the customer is heard and acted upon.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Strong command of Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with NPS analysis and customer experience metrics.
• Statistical analysis skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Project management experience to handle assignments and drive implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or R programming.
• Familiarity with CSAT metrics and Customer Effort analysis.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
