Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert leadership on complex business analytics assignments, including quantitative and financial cost modeling for multiple lines of business.
• Develop and maintain analytics solutions using Power BI and SQL, ensuring reliable data delivery from data warehouse sources.
• Write complex SQL queries to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making needs across the organization.
• Communicate findings and performance insights to senior leadership and business partners through strategic internal and external presentations.
• Support initiative management and client contract compliance by reviewing financial performance guarantees and tracking key internal projects.

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of relevant financial/analytical experience.
• Business Analyst experience delivering analytics-driven insights and requirements.
• Power BI for building dashboards, reports, and analytics views for business stakeholders.
• Data warehouse experience, including working with dataware house/datawarehouse sources for reporting and analysis.
• Strong SQL knowledge writing complex queries to extract, transform, and analyze data for business reporting.

Good to Have:

• Data extraction experience to support sourcing and preparation of analytical datasets.

Education: BS in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or other quantitative area
