You will lead business requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria. This role drives data analysis on financial and operational datasets to identify trends, develop data models, and support decision-making through AI-enabled solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Perform data analysis on financial, operational, and business datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop data models, business rules, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
• Work with AI and technology teams to define AI-enabled solutions and automation use cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Experience in process mapping, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and workflows.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Experience supporting testing activities including UAT, data validation, and defect tracking.
