You will support HL7-based integration projects across Home Health platforms, covering requirements, testing, and validation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document HL7 interface requirements for new integration requests.
• Analyze workflows and data mappings across Epic, HCHB, and other Home Health EMR systems.
• Define and validate HL7 message specifications (ADT, ORU, ORM) with Integration Architects.
• Create and execute test plans for HL7 message validation and troubleshoot failures.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance within Healthcare IT.
• Deep knowledge of HL7 message structures and standards.
• Experience creating requirements, technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and test plans.
• Familiarity with Postman and API testing tools.
• Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA for project management and documentation.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Broad understanding of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
