Description

You will configure, support, and optimize major enterprise applications, serving as the primary liaison between IT and business service lines.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate business workflows to improve operational efficiencies and resolve complex issues.
• Manage application configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and support independently.
• Perform needs assessments, software design, implementation, and reporting for assigned applications.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities, including identifying scenarios and developing test scripts.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support the customer base.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Hospital Billing Claims knowledge and Epic certification.
• Proficiency with SQL databases, SQL Server, SSIS, and Data Warehousing.
• Understanding of LAN, DNS, networking, servers, and software upgrades.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup procedures.
• Experience with inpatient systems, hospital patient flow, or finance applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
