You will serve as the holistic architect for US IT business applications, ensuring system integration and alignment across the US application ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own final design decisions for all US systems, ensuring alignment across Nexus, Fusion, and business-as-usual operations.
• Lead architectural design and implementation strategy for SAP S/4HANA, SAP FIORI, and supporting US business applications.
• Guide the NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA migration, managing data flows, business processes, and cutover plans.
• Define integration frameworks connecting SAP with legacy and future-state business applications.
• Oversee technical change management, configuration governance, and ensure SDLC compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, enterprise architecture, and ERP system integration.
• Deep expertise in FIORI application design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of business process architecture and system interoperability.
• Experience leading ERP migrations, specifically from NetSuite to SAP.
• Familiarity with GXP, SOX, and IT General Control (ITGC) change control processes.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, SAP Fiori, and SDLC.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
