Drive business architecture delivery as a subject matter expert, owning team decisions and solving complex technical and business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own architectural decisions for the business architecture stream.
• Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key architectural decisions and align on project goals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.
• Provide solutions to technical and business problems across immediate and broader teams.
• Manage and collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in business architecture or related fields.
• Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis and requirements engineering.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodology.
• Expert knowledge of BA tools including Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with user story definition and technical solutioning.
• Any Graduate degree.
